Stellar Community Management, LLC (SCM) offers a comprehensive range of services that include attending board meetings, community maintenance oversight, maintaining Association records, preparing budgets, financials and a wide range of other essential services needed to successfully manage your community. 

SCM has been serving local communities since 2003 and is committed to providing Homeowners’ and Communities with all the skills necessary to successfully manage properties within your Community Association.  Our reputation has been built on our dedication to customer service with our focus on providing a professionally trained staff and courteous support.  Our goal is to oversee the management of our properties with a main objective of providing personal, comprehensive and quality community management.

SCM continues to maintain an impressive range of satisfied clients, many of which have transitioned with us throughout each stage of development and growth.  Our goal is to build relationships with the community and the Board that are both sensitive and flexible to the individual needs of each client.  Being a smaller company has allowed us the benefit of truly customizing our services and programs to match the needs of each community and its residents.

SCM is an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) which is an international organization dedicated to building better communities.  For over 30 years, CAI has provided information, education and resources to communities, residents and management professionals.  Their primary mission is to inspire professionalism, effective leadership and responsible citizenship—ideals reflected in communities that are preferred places to call home.  As a member of this organization, we continue to benefit from their leadership and education.  Additionally, membership in the local chapter of CAI also provides us with locality specific understanding of trends, skills and opportunities that relate directly to our area.  These benefits are shared and passed through to our Boards and Community residents on a consistent basis.

The staff of SCM is hand selected.  These employees are fostered through the growth of their professional education and personal development.  Their training consists of a strong emphasis on quality of service to our clients.  Our staff receives regular professional training and works to maintain recognized industry standard designations and accreditations.  All employees stay up to date on the latest governmental and operational trends in the community management industry.  Our staff is comprised of six full time employees and one part time employee who are dedicated to the field of community management and its customers.  Our team consists of several managers that have years of experience and are backed by numerous designations specializing in community management.  Additional members of the team include our Office Administrator and on-site staff support. 

Being a small company allows us the benefit of providing boutique type services to our clients.  Our size affords us the opportunity to choose those communities which fit best within our portfolio therefore enabling us to provide both personal and detailed attention.  These are the components which make Stellar Community Management successful.
